It’s Back to School Time!

The kids of Clinton Peabody are back to school this month and we are throwing a party to celebrate and help everyone get off to a great start this school year. Thanks to generous donations and support from POAH, we will have a limited number of new book bags and supplies available for students who attend the event. Local barbers will also be at the event to provide free haircuts for the students.

In addition, we will have resource partners on hand to support the whole family :

• Arch City Defenders – providing legal support for record expungements, what to do if arrested, and more.
• Fathers & Families Support Center – comprehensive programs and services for fathers and mothers
• Employment Connection – employment training & other resources
• Urban League – workforce solutions, utilities assistance & more

Per usual, dinner will be served and raffle prizes will be drawn for the residents in attendance. We are looking forward to seeing you on Thursday, August 15 at the Al Chappelle Community Center at 3:30pm!
