Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) is the lead development partner for the redevelopment of Clinton-Peabody. POAH was selected by the Clinton-Peabody selection committee in 2022 as part of a Request for Qualifications process led by the St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) including resident leaders and community stakeholders.
